Teaming

One of the most difficult task in bringing a team together is the makeup of the team, that being the membership. When each member is a stakeholder in the outcome of the decision, effectiveness seems to happen sooner. It is fortunate with our group that we seem to be working together and coming to consensus in the choices and decisions that we are making. Each member has an equal opportunity in providing input and each input is equally considered. With this taking place, it is reasonable to assume that we shall be able to accomplish the charge that has been given to us.
