Bill Sloan, Mentor, Group 3

Welcome to Indianapolis and the 2007 edition of The American Legion National College! I think you'll find the week to be stimulating and worthwhile, but very stressful. That's the point. Forget all about any advice you might have gotten from previous Legion College graduates--every year we try to introduce something new.

My advice? Stay alert, stay focused, and remember that this is a team effort. Cooperate and graduate, but have fun doing it. Don't stay up all night stressing!

Group #3 Test Blog from RR

As of 9:21 the lions beatup on denver and the colts fans are sad crying on thier way home. As a group we have put some work into our assignment and we only spent 2 beers worth of time to do this.

Awe now Bill - don't make it too easy on them otherwise the reward at the end won't feel 'earned'. :-)

I agree with Bill - don't stress too much - you also want to use this experience as a networking tool for your future American Legion endeavours. When you need information or ideas - you will draw on each other for inspiration for many years in the future.
